We are often afraid to admit it, but we LOVE "American Idol"! Robin and I have followed every season (since Season 2) somewhat religiously and are always so excited when a new season begins.
Emma has been exposed to "Idol" since she was a newborn. Yes, we know it's not the most well-rounded show. We hope to wean her off "Idol" much like we weaned her off the paci (just kidding.)
One of our favorite videos of her from infant-hood came about after watching an "Idol" episode... she LOVED Melinda Doolittle, a former contestant from Tulsa. Just the sound of her name made Emma giggle. Here is a flashback video of Emma at 3 months old:

Jill that video made me cracked up this morning. That is absolutely hilarious! That is definitely one to treasure. It also made me tear up a bit seeing how fast they grow! Knowing Kynlee is my last I am not ready for that yet.

ReplyDeleteWow! The video is so sweet. What a precious smile and laugh. We just put some of Kaitlyn's baby toys, cloths, and other things in the attic and it broke my heart. They grow up too fast.
